Elizabeth has been part of the Charlotte Family Housing story since day one! With a background in property management and multifamily housing—and a master’s in Nonprofit Leadership and Management—she brings both heart and know-how to her role as Executive Director.
A natural connector and big-picture thinker, Elizabeth blends her experience in both the for-profit and nonprofit worlds to champion families with compassion, strategy, and a whole lot of grit. She’s all about empowering people and changing systems.
She’s also a proud UVA grad, mom to two amazing college-aged sons, and a self-proclaimed History Channel enthusiast (don’t challenge her to a trivia night).
