Marquita is a Charlotte native with a heart for helping others and a passion for making community magic happen. After years in property management, she wanted to do more than find homes—she wanted to change lives. Today, she connects families at CFH with housing providers, helping them take powerful steps toward stability and self-sufficiency.
She’s a proud North Carolina Central University grad (Eagle Pride!), a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., and brings her political savvy to the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association’s Government Affairs Committee.
When she’s not out empowering families or volunteering in the community, Marquita is likely planning her next beach getaway, transforming a space with her event décor magic, or spending time with her family and her adorable dog, Chloe.
